Unveiling Our New Northern Base!

We were tempted not to write anything in this Newsletter, leaving you with glorious images alone. When it comes to conveying the sheer beauty and majesty of Roving Bushtops’ northern base in the Serengeti, they tell the story better than mere words.

However, we’ve decided to add just a few paragraphs to bring you up to date on Roving Bushtops’ new base in the Serengeti. Roving Bushtops northern Serengeti now complements our long-established home in the southern Serengeti (Roving Bushtops South, at Kusini). To maximise game viewing opportunities, the camp moves between both bases.

Our pioneering guests at Roving Bushtops North have been knocked out by the wonderful location and plentiful game viewing – especially those who took advantage of The Beest, our six-wheel luxury behemoth!

Paradise on Earth

The pictures in this Newsletter show some of the attractions around this picture-book setting, including Mufasa’s rock (perfect for sundowners) and the pin-sharp astral canopies that preside over starry private dinners in the Bush. With balloon trips and walking safaris on offer, this really is an amazing place to visit, all year round.

The ultimate safaris however, coincide with the annual wildebeest migration, which usually passes by from July to October, adding the prospect of spectacular river crossings.

Choices, choices

River crossings can also be seen from Serengeti Bushtops, our Tanzanian sister camp, or from Mara Bushtops, our Kenyan camp on the other side of the Mara and Sand rivers. The truly adventurous may want to divide their stay between two or all three camps.
