Although more than 1800 meters above sea level, Mara Bushtops is blessed with fertile soils. Our Head Chef Saisi demands the best quality produce and makes judicious use of our own vegetable and herb garden.

This garden now produces parsley, basil, chillies, coriander, lettuce, spinach, runner beans, tomatoes and carrots, and traditional Kenyan vegetables. As a result, our guests and staff enjoy fine fresh food, whilst we reduce air and road miles.
